Delivery and returns

We hope you love your scent — but if it’s not the vibe, here’s how we handle returns:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unopened and in original packaging.
• Due to hygiene regulations, we can't accept used or opened bottles.

• Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
